How to use

For trained workshops

Warm up the engineRun the engine until it reaches optimum temperature.

First injectionRemove the pressure/temperature sensor hose and inject 150 ml of DPF cleaner into the DPF. Replace the hose, idle the engine for 2 minutes, then stop the engine.

SoakLet the cleaner soak for 15 to 20 minutes to dissolve the carbon soot in the DPF.

Second injectionRepeat the first injection with the rest of the DPF cleaner.

Soak longer for better resultsOvernight soaking gives better results. If time is a concern, soak for at least 20 minutes.

Rev to clearStart the engine and rev at 2,000 to 2,500 rpm until smoke stops coming from the exhaust pipe.

How long should the cleaner soak?

Yes. You rev the engine at 2,000 to 2,500 rpm until smoke stops. To avoid prolonged white smoke, spray 400 ml of water into the DPF, start the engine and rev at 2,000 to 2,500 rpm until it is clear.
